- After the company was founded on May 8th, 1970, it started to install quite simple carousels for carpet rolls, progressively increasing its market share up to almost 80% today in Switzerland.

Today, we build taylor made installations for all branches of industry with several hundred tons of effective load, from the very first idea up to the delivery of the turnkey storage system, and " everything from one hand ". Rotary storage systems of the System Schultheis brand have been installed all over the world, in America, Europe, Africa and the Far-East.
- In the field of rotary storage technology with carousels, SYSTEM SCHULTHEIS AG is the leading company world-wide : every installation is planned, designed and built by engineers specifically for the needs of the customer. Thus a contract amounting to over 6 million Swiss francs was signed with the world's largest manufacturer of terry cloth, an American company with some 20'000 employees, in the face of fierce competition.
