This filling plant for the chemical industry operates fully automatically from the extruder to produce the containers, labelling machine and filling station to the palletization of the filled containers. In case of a partial failure in the line, the carousel system fulfills a buffer function, whereby the stacking and destacking of the empty containers takes place fully automatically with the robot installed in front.
