Problem solution:
A new warp beam storage had to be installed in place of an old building unit at the centre of the factory grounds. A base frame was installed and levelled on the newly cast concrete floor slab. It was then possible to place and successively install the carousel system on this frame with the building crane. When the complete steel structure had been erected, the hall ceiling and the walls were prepared and the detail installation work started. This system can be operated from two sides and the upper level is accessible by foot, where the 18 gear motors and the main part of the carousel mechanics are located.
